- some last efforts to fix sticky controls and other touch issues before the react rewrite

- fixes sticky controls - bump sw cache
- another attempt to fix sticky keys befor react rewrite - attempt to combat the ios 16 copy text/magnifier double tap gesture
- for good measure even if it doesnt exist
- link preview is automatic in iOS16+ - bump sw
