Vita shuts down after installing Custom Boot Splash and Custom Warning Message

I installed Custom Boot Splash and Custom Warning Message through Autoplugin II, i didnt set a boot splash and i set my own custom message. After booting the Vita, it shuts down after the warning message (PS button blinks before shutdown).

I tried fixing config.txt through my PC, but the files on my sd card wont show (using SD2VITA)

I also tried reinstalling MLTHaku, but that just reboots the system.

Is there any way i can fix this?
