#Philology ##= the context and makeup of a particular information scheme.
Historically this refers to the sociopolitical and religious elements which influence language development and usage. In an information sense this refers to those elements which begin to humanize information schemes. In a sense: meta-information is inextricably linked to the information, its usage, and its lineage.
