The newest verison of orion does not support IOS 16.

Could you please test the swift-5.7 branch of Orion (cd $THEOS/vendor/orion && git fetch && git checkout swift-5.7) and let me know whether that fixes things for you?

Closing due to inactivity; Orion should work fine on iOS 16 now.
