Data persistence fix

The main thing in this release is a fix for data that would hang out when no new data had been sent at a given angle. I've also officially disabled the calibration feature (more details in the docs) for the time being since it's hacked in there and should have a better interface.

Initial release

First release of plugin with binary distributions for osx and windows. Marking as preproduction since this has really only been tested on my dev machines. (For some reason, I couldn't just attach a .plugin to this, so I zipped it. Shrug?)
