Describe the bug
ApexCharts has an image fill to charts but it does not seem to be working.

To Reproduce
Build the project locally or visit https://rupee-inflation.thepushkarp.com/ to see the deployed version.

Expected behaviour
The aim is to display the image of a ₹100 note filled in the lower half (blue area in the image below) of the chart.
