For each of the very-serious repos, we need:

  • Contributing guidelines
  • Stubbed out wikis
  • Stubbed out projects
  • Licenses
  • Readmes
  • Build instructions
  • Contributors
  • Repo Owner
  • PR/Issue templates
  • Code review policy
  • CI/CD pipelines (if applicable)

Each repo needs this, and once this is completed check off a task item from here... Based on the work we'll define tomorrow.
