When tank fuel is empty, the vehicles can be driven, fuel tank management has no impact on speed when it becomes low, and no imapct on driveable aspect when it get empty.

This is due to FiveM transfer to the newest patch. Access to native vehicle's fuel level (the one displayed on vehicle's dashboard) and RPM is temporarily impossible. Mod utilises default vehicle behaviour for low native fuel level, like engine stuttering, torque inconsistency, etc., so as native fuel level can't be changed by now this behaviour is unavailable. I will add engine cut off simulation until native fuel level becomes available again.
