Benchmark specialized Fuel dictionaries against current standard dictionaries #225

The specialized Fuel dictionaries may no longer be faster than the standard dictionaries. We need to run all benchmarks and compare them to runs that use the standard implementation.

Keep in mind that his may be different for different platforms, this particular issue was raised for Pharo.

Especially in 64bits, but I guess latest 32bits might have changed too.
