Daemon stops after 2 attempts

I'm not 100% sure on this as I've made some modifications myself, but I think it votes just two times then it stops.

If you want to execute a repeating task, why not do it this way?

	regvote();
	setTimeout(daemon, $("#RefreshTime").val() * 1000);
}
daemon();
