- Added CpkMaker Support back, As its much more stable, while still keeping the built-in packer.
- Updated ForcesCodeLoader to v1.3 (Make sure to reinstall the loader)
- wars_mods.cpk will now be deleted if no mods are active
This is done to prevent crashes when Forces tries to load the cpk - Made it easier to install the CodeLoader (A message box will show up if its not installed)
