But not when you go into edit frames...

I have this same issue too, it didnt do it at first (maybe when I was using 30fps, but started when I switched to 60fps?) but it started doing it. Any ideas why?

Can confirm this is also happening to me. Some of them are only a split second, but some times it's a little bit longer.
