I keep most of my sprues at 1mm, will bump them to 2mm and see if that takes care of it. JLC specifications range from 1mm to 2mm across the different materials so 2mm should cover all the bases.
I decided to go with 1.5mm as the new default size which is within spec for the resin prints. Although nylon states a 2mm minimum thickness I have never had any issues printing it at 1mm so 1.5mm should be just fine.
This will still cause them to reach out for nylon prints but I would rather leave them at 1.5mm then waste more material on 2.00mm sprues
Twitter user complains that JLC gave them multiple warnings when attempting to print the 30mm buttons in 9000R resin due to sprue thickness.
