TVD-3187 Fix season description layout

TVD-3166, TVD-3138, TVD-3115, TVD-3125 Completely restructured how deletions work. No matter where a record is deleted, mods can choose from a standardized set of reasons. If it's being deleted as a duplicate of another record, information about the other record will be collected and passed through the API. This will allow all downstream systems to elegantly move information to the correct record.
