Up-vote and Down-vote for stories

People should vote up (down) stories in order to help others find stories with high quality and possibly help Novel to recommend stories to them in the future.

For now what I'm thinking for this feature is something like Stackoverflow up/down-vote, both from a UI/UX and mechanic point of view.

Thanks for showing interest in doing this task too. I really appreciate your passion to build Novel.
I added some comments on the other task that apply to this one, too.

Please start with the other task first, as I have to add some fields to the database and create new tables for this purpose. I'll let you know when that's finished so you can start working on this task. You can follow my progress on modifying the database for this task in this issue #18.
