Installation
=======================================================================================
1. Import DB into MySQL 
	/app/0installation/db_init.sql  
	If prepopulated data required:  
		import into DB /app/0installation/db_populate.sql  
		unzip /app/0installation/populate in webroot.zip in /app/webroot/custom  
			(will unzip 2 folders "0" and "3" in /app/webroot/custom)
2. Download CakePHP (check version number and download link below)  
3. Unzip and merge files from this package into /cakephp/app  
4. Configure /cakephp/app/config/database.php
