i got the thing working but its taking forever

alright so did you get a 'coming soon' message after tapping on 'Continue' ?

if its blank
try
chmod 777 /var/www/html/nearyou/php/result.txt

because i just tried on a fresh kali linux and its working for me

Is php installed on your machine?
apt-get install php
service apache2 restart
Now i am getting data, please try this

I removed php from two machines and tested, i was not getting any data but after installing php i am again getting it

i even upgraded php and still no luck ill try fixing some backend libraries from my system for couple of hours and check if i can get something done

Please try restarting apache server or do a full reboot php needs a server restart sometimes

as a small sugestion you could try to create a docker image with all this application, it's more reproducible.
