Dash(-) is not correctly shown of code block

I write dash(-) of code block with this template, but it shows like this below.

Same issue with =, ~|=|, and # ~|#|. I think this is a recent issue.

Edit: I could only reproduce this on local hosting (bundle exec jekyll serve). Online website worked fine.
