It seems like there's no easy way to boot Windows 10 ISOs from USB sticks in 2018, I found this article and may have to try it today, but the question that I have is if grub2 could boot W10 ISOs the way it does so with Linux-based distros?

First of all, I'm personally really not interested in supporting proprietary operating systems.

Second of all, I don't think it would be straightforward at all... If it ever turns out to be, then a PR would be welcome.
