v4.0 Major JDA version upgrade, memory improvements - previous versions are now deprecated

Major changes in this release are updating for latest Discord API changes + reworked the VC flow to avoid mem leaks.

Versions < 4.0 won't be supported anymore since they can't work anymore.

v3.0 Major JDA upgrade, improvements & previous versions are now deprecated

After an upgrade of Discord's voice infrastructure, I had to upgrade the old version of JDA I was using to the latest v3 version available in order to fix an issue with the bot not being able to play sounds anymore.

Improvements have been made since v2.2, and this is now the only working version since versions <= v2.2 can't work with the new Discord infrastructure.

A newly discovered bug related to prefixes and regular expression has been fixed - you can now use +, ?, any character as prefix.

BlueBot is now a viable standalone soft.
