New implementation

A re-implementation of proteny using Snakemake and Conda to remove dependency hell.
Some (non-critical) features in the previous release, but will be implemented soon, see the README for details.

Original Proteny

This is the original proteny. I archive it here as it was used to generate the results in the publication.
Due to a new version of proteny, I add this release of the original.
