Context

Moved player list to it's own function
Staging for Implement CLI for RCON commands #401

Choices

Possibly used later on for logging when players join and leave

Test instructions

Test that auto update works with players
Test that auto update works without players
Test that auto reboot works with players
Test that auto reboot works without players
