ThingsBoard IoT Gateway not sending all the parameters configured in SNMP connector to ThingsBoard PE server - Help Wanted

Describe the issue
We are currently facing an issue with our ThingsBoard IoT Gateway configuration and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving it.

Here's a brief overview of the problem:

We have set up a ThingsBoard IoT Gateway on a server [Docker-based] and connected it to ThingsBoard Professional Edition (PE). Within the PE, we have configured an SNMP connector in the gateway dashboard. In this connector, we have specified 2 attributes and 2 telemetries.

While we can successfully receive data at the backend, as evidenced by the logs in the connector/converter and container logs, we are encountering an unexpected issue. Specifically, we are only able to view one telemetry data point below the device created in the UI, despite having configured two telemetries.

Attached to this are files including the connector configuration, connector/converter logs, container logs, and a snapshot of the device UI telemetry page for your reference.

We kindly request your guidance and suggestions on how we can ensure that all the configured parameters are displayed correctly on the UI.
