Fixes for Version Control

Pull Request description

This PR fixes the following issues:

• error when importing Asset Profiles and Rule Chains at the same time ([Bug] Cyclic relation issue using version control #8806)
• UUIDs in rule node configuration replaced with tenant id on version load

Also, default timeouts related to VC were increased.
