Update index notebook

• Add colab links to all notebooks
• Update make file scripts for build, docs, watch, test
• Update company logo to TM in doc site
• Breakup geometry validation to patch methods and add docments
• Add geometry validate_all by class test
• Update notebooks to install required packages and data in colab
• Setup slow and no_test flags so that nbdev_test_nbs has no side effects and runs fast
• Relax min python requirements to 3.7 and update project config - requires reinstall of poetry env
• Use butchland/nbdev fork instead of fastai/nbdev that formats exported modules to black
• Update readme and index page blurbs re project overview and objectives
