HTMLTemplateOrderSlip: add price calculations

This reverts commit e9e3f46.

Object passed to smarty template, while named order, is actually not
an Order associated with order slip. It serves mostly as an envelope for
re-calculated values. Because it holds different set of products than
actual Order, the totals must be recalculated as well.
