Greenkeeper auto-merging was disabled in 4203448 because the test suite is not yet complete, and thus some breaking updates were merged because the tests did not catch that they were breaking. The long term solution is obviously to add better test coverage to prevent those occurrences in the future, but for now the quick fix is to disable auto merging.
