Update gulp recipe

gulp-browserify which is used in the gulp recipe is deprecated, so the example on https://github.com/thlorenz/exorcist/wiki/Recipes needs to be updated.

I've deleted that page to avoid confusion. I don't use gulp but if someone who does is interesting in contributing an example they could re-add to the wiki.
