transformr and sf dependencies make installation harder

Hi, I was wondering if you thought it would be possible to change transformr and sf from imports to suggestions, as was done for svglite here: #106

Both of these packages depend on units, which requires installation of a separate utility outside f R; and sf also depends on installing GDAL outside of R. On my work machine (centos), this turns out to be tricky.
