  1. ttf_loader: support loading from memory 

    Adding support for reading from memory is
necessary to enable embedded ttf support,
e.g. in svg files.

  2. svg_loader: embedded ttf + text support 

    Text tag support added.
Since there is currently no support for accessing
system-installed fonts, it is necessary to include
an embedded ttf font within the svg file.
