Please update 2 of the SplashKit team member names that are incorrect.

"Hayden Hughes" should be "Hayley Hughes", and "James Stuart Balsillie" should be "Jess Balsillie".

I also suggest swapping my name and Tien's name.

@Eisen666 I suggest removing this file from this PR and then update the onboarding document to use the corrected image from this PR: https://github.com/thoth-tech/ThothTech-Documentation-Website/pull/67/files
