On a fresh laptop run

Warning: 'universal-ctags' formula is unreadable: No available formula with the name "universal-ctags" 
Tapping homebrew/services
Error: No available formula with the name "universal-ctags"

Error: No similarly named formulae found.

Installing universal-ctags has failed!

The tap universal-ctags is not available anymore and these are the official instructions to install ctags.
