Won't install in Windows

Hi,

I want to try Neat, but it won't install under Windows. I'm following "Non Rails Projects" instructions:

gem install neat --> seems ok:

Fetching: sass-3.2.1.gem (100%)
Fetching: bourbon-2.1.1.gem (100%)
Fetching: neat-0.4.2.gem (100%)
Successfully installed sass-3.2.1
Successfully installed bourbon-2.1.1
Successfully installed neat-0.4.2

bourbon install --> seems ok:

Bourbon files installed to bourbon/

neat install --> error

'neat' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Ruby bin folder doesn't contain any neat binary or bat.

The gem update was just pushed to RubyGems, you can retry now.
