Modals - prevent background page scroll

I think it should be possible to prevent the page from scrolling while a modal is open.

The modal is actually temporarily taken out since it was causing scroll issues on mobile. The code is still in the repo though so if you want to look at it that would be great! Otherwise, we'll work on it soon.
