Allow editors to make changes to any public page (any URL that's not taken is a page waiting to be created, any URL that is taken can be edited)

Must provide markdown support, but pick a gem that allows custom kinds of tags, so we can have viz added to the page, as well as images, youtube embeds, etc.

Kinda depends on #6 (though it should be OK to start coding before auth is in place)

Preliminary and really rough support has been added. Now we need to customize and tweak the hell out of it.
