Add a tfchain client to j.clients

Currently there is a generic rivine client which requires the user to know the specific tft parameters in order to connect and use it. While very useful, it would be handy to have a specific tft client that has these parameters built in. Also, tft has specific transactions (like the coin creation )with specific rules not present in the generic rivine codebase. When other chains will be launched, these differences will increase.
Keep in mind that there is also a testnet with different explorer url's.

Minerfee, bc_network and hardcoded HASTINGS_TFT_VALUE
We will also introduce extra methods for the coin creation specific for tft ( issues still to be made)
