Added OS call & doc+tester redesign

Added an OS call as one of the options and moved the tester to the HTML documentation.

compile to tempdir

The main change is that this version attempts to compile to the tempdir before attempting to compile to the current folder. It also limits the number of compile attempts per session of Matlab/Octave.
