[FER] USB console support for NXP MIMXRT1010-EVK and MIMXRT1060-EVK

Both boards should be supported by Bridl's usb-console snippet out of the box.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want use -S usb-console on demand with either -b mimxrt1010_evk or -b mimxrt1060_evk and swap the shell or logging console from default serial to the USB CDC-ACM interface.

Additional context
As an side effect the USB Mass Storage Class (MSC) should also qualified and tested. Extensions, corrections or adaptations should be integrated as board extensions if necessary.
