Proposed change

Use the latest STM32CubeCLT (GNU tools for STM32) toolchain 1.14.0 (11.3.rel1), released on Nov., 23th 2023: https://www.st.com/STM32CubeCLT

  1. Install the new toolchain
  2. Rebuild the helloshell sample for board stm32f429i_disc1
  3. Test binary on target (spotted tests)
