Hi! Was just wondering if there was any reason this hasn't been merged. I'm about to start a new project and would love if there was an official 3.9 release to work from 🙂 |

Thanks for the interest! This was handled in #52, there are now Python 3.9 tags available. 🎉 Given that, I'll close this PR one now. |

This PR is inspired by #52 thus might help to resolve tiangolo/uvicorn-gunicorn-fastapi-docker#61.
Unlike mentioned PR, this should be able to pass current testing in CI.
