An innovative centile chart method for utilizing natural history data in rare disease clinical development
- Please use the "example.R" to simulate a dataset and perform the proposed ZIKQ method.
- "fig2.csv" and "max_min.csv" are parameters used for simulations. They are estimated from Wang et al. (2018) and Muntoni et al. (2019). Please see Section 4 of the manuscript for more details.
- "EC_chart_fun.R", "EC_chart_sim_fun.R", "quantilecurve_smooth.R" and "mainfuncitons.R" contain functions for the proposed ZIKQ method.
