Tests fail on current master

Out of the box 'mvn test' fails with 6/7 errors - try it with a fresh clone & "mvn test"

That is something that started happening when i upgraded to camel 2.4.0, however it only affects default consumer's that arent polling against a key, which is kind of an edge/strange use case. (See the note in the readme). For cases where you want to poll without a key, you would almost certianly override the default consumer to somehow keep track of the keys you have already processed. Thanks
