move all examples to separate examples folder #878

moves examples from packages to a new
examplesfolder in the root folder.The examples were pretty hidden and not really logically organized, for example, there core package had examples that were using other packages.
A single folder is easier to browse for people to find out how to use strudel in different scenarios + it's easier to maintain and update
