fix(android)(9_0_X): app/module builds fail with JDK 14 (#11637)

* fix(android): updated gradle to 6.3.0 for JDK 14 support

* chore(android): updated android gradle tool to 3.6.2

* chore(android): change gradle distribution type to "all"

- Enables code completion in "build.gradle" files.
