The problem

We use st_make_grid() to underpin spatial_block_cv(). There's a new patch in sf (following r-spatial/sf#1993 ) that will make cellsize able to handle unit objects; we should watch sf and update our minimum to > 1.0-8 when a new version hits CRAN.
