Need to figure out how to apply a trained stm model to new data.

Hi, anything new on how to use STM with textrecipes / tidymodels? That youl be a huge improvement for using text for inference in social sciences.

Not as of late. I still haven't found a way to be able to reapply the transformations to new data.

Thank you. As far as I understand, re-applying a STM model on new data would be possible using he fitNewDocuments function. Though as the dictionaries might differ, the authors suggest using alignCorpus or quanteda::dfm_select(). Would this allow to use STM with textrecipes?
