Description

Add new messages used in timing_violatoin_monitor package.
These messages is mainly used for observing debug information of timing_violation_monitor node.

Remarks

timing_vioalation_monitor is discussed whether to merge in Discussion thread.

This PR contains the message described in #74, so it would be better skip #74 and merge all messages by this PR.
