How to contribute to the wiki

As Github does not (yet) support pull requests for the wiki repo, I created a docs folder. If you want to add documentation, please fork the adapter, create a new Markdown document in the docs folder and send me a pull request. I will then create a link from the wiki to the corresponding document.
