Expected Behavior

When configuring the operator, it would be nice to be able to configure the CNI directory/path that binaries are to be stored and accessed at.

Current Behavior

This configuration is apparently already available for Windows.
For Linux it appears to be hard-coded to /etc/cni/net.d

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Context

I am using an immutable distribution, so this directory is mounted as a read only file system.
As a result, the containers trying to write to this directory fail.
