absolutely valuable. We must do a better job of keeping these docs in-sync and well organized. A quick glance suggests these are all good additions, but I will defer to @machty to pull. |

I spent sometime reducing the verbosity and improving the organization of this document so that it was easier for me to digest. Not sure if this type of contribution is valuable, but I figured I'd send it along anyways.
